The Downtown Business Council of Chambersburg (DBC) is a membership organization focused on improving and promoting downtown Chambersburg. DBC is dedicated to the improvement of downtown Chambersburg.
To achieve this goal, the DBC plans and promotes festivals, parades, special events and promotions throughout the year.

Monthly Main Street events - May through November
We are responsible for the Christmas lights in the trees throughout downtown every Holiday season. We work with the Borough of Chambersburg to bring over 25,000 lights downtown!
The DBC also works with community groups to enhance the downtown image.
