The Downtown Business Council (DBC) is a member organization that celebrates, promotes, and supports Downtown Chambersburg businesses through special events and festivals for over 100 years! Members are encouraged to share not only their ideas, experience, and enthusiasm, but also their time and energy in order to carry out the mission of the DBC all year long. The DBC seeks active participants to form a diverse and robust membership base as our members are directly responsible for the development and realization of these events.
